REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final
FinnCrafted (including its brand Prefech) operates a strict no refund policy. All payments for services, products, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
1. General Policy
This policy applies to all transactions made through FinnCrafted and its associated brand Prefech (collectively referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
All sales are final. Once a payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits of any kind. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Custom Services & Development
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom website development and design.
- Discord bot development and configuration.
- Game server setup, management, and related tooling.
- Consulting, support, and any other service work.
Work begins upon agreement and payment. Once work has commenced, the payment is non-refundable regardless of the project status or outcome.
3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products — including but not limited to scripts, plugins, templates, configurations, and downloadable files — are final. Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, no refund will be issued.
4. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
If you purchase a subscription-based service, you may cancel future billing at any time. However, payments already processed will not be refunded, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
5. Exceptions
FinnCrafted may consider a refund or credit in rare and exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. This may include:
- Duplicate charges caused by a verified payment processing error.
- Services that were paid for but never delivered due to an error on our part.
Any exception is granted entirely at the discretion of FinnCrafted and does not set a precedent for future transactions.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all services associated with your account, pursue recovery of funds, and take any further action deemed necessary. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service or project before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, but once work has started, the full payment is non-refundable.
8. Agreement
By making a purchase or engaging FinnCrafted for any paid service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
