Welcome to FinnCrafted. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

FinnCrafted provides web development, Discord bot development, and game server management services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.

2. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials provided by FinnCrafted remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.

Custom work created specifically for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit required before work begins
• Final 50% due upon project completion
• Payment due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All prices exclude VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise

5. Refunds and Cancellations

FinnCrafted (and its brand Prefech) operates a strict no refund policy. All payments for services, products, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide a 30-day warranty on all custom development work for bug fixes and critical issues. This warranty does not cover:

• Issues caused by third-party services or hosting
• Modifications made by the client or third parties
• Feature requests or scope changes
• Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance

7. Limitation of Liability

FinnCrafted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zwolle, Netherlands.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
